Excel Diagnostics is established in May 2008 with the name as Oncosight Diagnostics & then changed to Excel Diagnostics in Oct 2018. We have been providing exclusive histopathology services in MAJOR cities of Maharashtra “to give best quality reports with excellent patient care”. To help doctors for better patient management, we are continuously upgrading ourselves by means of latest technologies at lab to improve upon QUALITY & ACCURACY.

Laboratory began operations with small instruments & then blossomed into fully automated histopathology lab with state of art technology & automation system, while retaining the human touch which is much needed especially in this speciality of pathology. Today when we look back over 10 years, we know this growth was not possible without encouragement and support from each one of you. We sincerely thank you & appreciate your support & look forward for the same in this ever expanding journey of Excel Diagnostics.

At “Excel Diagnostics” Speciality Histopathology Centre, you'll find a team of experts highly trained in all aspects of surgical pathology, including histopathology, cytology and Immunohistochemistry. Only because of their constant efforts we can offer wide range of routine histopathology, cytochemistry, cytology and IHC testing with utmost accuracy and at a very less turn around time (TAT)

We are committed to deliver high quality reports in rapid time with accurate results to each patient coming to our laboratory. We all work together to assure thorough accurate testing of all samples & offer reports with a less turn around time to help faster patient mamangement.

Besides Internal Quality Control, we routinely participate in external quality assurance programmes with consistently high performance.
